We have duty of care to all children in Wales.
We have a duty to uphold, consider and respect Children's Rights. Children's Rights should be supported and celebrated where ever possible.

I believe that there should be legislation to deliver what the bill is trying to achieve so that children's rights are protected in the same way that 'human'/ 'adults' rights are protected.
I also believe that all children's rights should be considered for example article 31 states that children have the right to play and recreation activities. Playtimes should not be lost as a punishment and that we should provide better legislation for schools and education departments so that all children's rights are protected.

I think children should be taught the importance of their rights and that they exist. However parents should be supported to find ways to support their children and provided with knowledge to do so.

I think the bill could act as a stepping stone to future work around all of children's rights.
